Our story started in 2021, in the most ordinary way - over a bakery counter in Daventry.

Daisy was working there at the time, and Jake stopped in one lunchtime after hearing good things about the new place. One visit turned into several, as Jake kept coming back - at first for the bread, but soon for a much better reason.

We both remember noticing each other straight away, though neither of us rushed anything.

After weeks of small talk and familiar faces, Jake finally decided to take a chance and ask for Daisy’s number. By pure coincidence, it happened to be her birthday - a detail that made the moment feel even more memorable.

What began as a simple lunchtime stop turned into the start of our relationship, and from there everything grew naturally into the wonderful relationship we have.
